All risks of damage to or loss of the Goods until delivery of the Goods to the Agent shall be assumed by the Supplier. The Purchaser shall ensure that rules of good storage management are applied to accepted deliveries, including any deliveries waiting to be returned to the Supplier.
The agent has 10 (ten) days after reported received the goods to return any product to the supplier with previous notice (writing mail) explaining the reasons of returning the goods.
The Supplier represents and warrants to the Purchaser and acknowledges that the Purchaser is relying thereon, as follows:
乙に商品を提供するまでの商品の損傷や紛失に対する危険性は乙に帰するものとする。乙は、受領した商品や乙に返品する商品に対する正しい保管管理規則履行を保証しなければならない。
乙は、商品の受領報告から、当該商品を返品する為に、商品の返品説明を記載した事前通告を（正式書簡）するまでに10日間の猶予がある。
乙は、甲が次の事項を信用している事を乙に表明し、また保証し、認識している。
