まず最初のステップはギターにダメージがあり正常に働かない事を、あなたの
最寄りの配達した担当郵便局へ連絡をお願いします。
お客様のダメージレポートを元に、私は日本郵便へ保険の申請を行います。
あなたがダメージレポートの提出を完了したら私にご連絡をお願いします。
保険が認定されれば私はあなたの提案を受け入れる事ができます。
We ship guitars checking that all guitar’s electric systems work rightly with no problem, and that there is no scratch in inlays as the photo shows.
We apply assurance on transporting of guitars.
As the first step, please contact the closest post office which delivered your guitar, and tell them the guitar is damaged and doesn’t work rightly.
I will do an application to postal service for assurance, based on your damage-report.
Please contact me when you submitted your damage-report.
If the assurance gets acknowledged, I can accept your suggestion.
