弊社が7/8に発注した商品を御社は7/22に発送しているということですか？
発注から発送まで何日も経っていますが、どういうことですか？説明してください。
このような事が何度かあるので、大変困っています。
7/8と7/11に発注した商品をとにかく早く届けて下さい。

Since order and shipping there has been a long period of time, could you please explain this?
There have been many times this has occurred and it causes us trouble.
Please ship the orders of 8th and 11th of July as soon as possible.

I have tried to do a search using the GLS as told.
Does this mean that the merchandise ordered by our company on 7/8 is being sent on 7/22?
There are quite a gap between the order and the delivery, could you please explain what is causing this?
We have encountered this kind of problem quite a number of times, and are very troubled with it.
For now, please ensure that the merchandise ordered on 7/8 and 7/11 are being delivered as fast as possible.
