in foreign currency to be credited to a PHP account with HSBC
Philippines are assessed a Documentary Stamp Tax of Php0.30 for every
Php200 or a fraction thereof. On the other hand, inward overseas
telegraphic transfers in foreign currency to be credted to a USD/foreign
currency account with HSBC Philippines have a fee of USD2 (for
PowerVantage Account holders).
Also, remittances in USD denomination may be charged with an
intermediary fee by our correspondent bank, HSBC USA.
Kindly note that the Serial Payment system - wherein funds to be
remitted in USD will have to be sent to HSBC USA - is in place for all
HSBC Banks.

online@hsbc facility for both the sending and receiving accounts (ie
