本日修理業者より、MCINTOSH C32プリアンプについて連絡がありました。音が出ない理由は、内部の基盤同士をつないでいる、特殊ケーブルが腐食してしまっているためでした。錆びも非常に多く、修理をする場合高額になる可能性が高いとのことです。2013年にサービス済みとのことなので落札したのですが。
残念です。ただなおさないと使用できませんので修理はします。一部ご返金いただけますか？３００ドル希望します。

I have informed by the service company about the inspection of Mcintosh C32 pre-amplifier.
The reason of not generating the sound is that the special cable connecting the internal PCBs has been corroded.
If it is let to be repaired, it is possible that the repair fee will become expensive since there are also many rusts.
I have submitted the successful bid because the item description said it underwent the service in 2013.
I feel very unfortunate about it; however, I cannot use it without repair so would you issue a partial refund? I would like to have $300.00 as the partial refund.
I would like to use it as a part of the repair fee. And, I will discuss on this matter through the PayPal.
