A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price depending on the type of item and condition in which it is returned. If you wish, you may charge a restocking fee up to the following amounts:
Up to 20% of item's price - Unopened media items or non-media items in their original condition that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
Up to 50% of item's price - Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons other than the seller’s error
Up to 50% of item's price:
Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap)
