eBay shipping経由で国際配送された商品の件です。到着前に日本の国際配送センターから電話があり、開封すると破損していたと言われました。私の所に到着後確認したところ、破損していました。セラーには連絡済みです。どこで破損したのかわかりませんが、初めてのケースなので、今後どのような処理をすればよいのか詳しく教えていただけますか。よろしくお願いします。

This is regarding the item that was shiped internationally through eBay shipping. Prior to arrival, we received a call from the international distribution center in Japan saying the item was found to be damaged after opened the package. I double checked the damage after I received the item myself, too. I have already notified the incident to the seller. Although I am not sure where in the process the item was damaged, since this is my first time facing a situation like this, I would appreciate your kind explanation as to how I could settle the process for my future experience.

It is a matter of products that are delivered by international eBay shipping via.
