A Japanese movie ecommend for foreigners who are too used to Hollywood movies, "Air Doll" starring Bae Doona.
It's sensitive and beautiful as a French film. The portrayals of the characters are truly graceful.
A love doll finds a heart. With that heart she is not supposed to possess, she worries about love, and sympathizes with another person.
When her owner goes to work, she explores the outside world.
She even takes on a part-time job.
There she meets Jun'ichi, within whom she senses an emptiness that is similar to hers.
