退寮の際に私物は全て持ち出して下さい。
部屋を入居した時の状態にしておいてくだされば結構です。
それと、ガス・電気・水道の解約が必要ですので手続きをして下さい。
部屋の鍵は、今週末部屋を出る時に105号室のポストに入れておいてください。
When leaving dormitory, please make sure you leave nothing behind.
Please resume the room condition as the same as the one when you started to use.
Do not also forget to settle and cancel your contract of gas, water and electricity.
Finally, drop the key to the post at room 105 when you are leaving this weekend.
