私達は香港への配送経験がありません。今回このようにキャンセルしたのは申し訳ございません。理由としては中国本土への配送の際にトラブルがあり、今回原因含めて調査するまでは配送を中止させてもらうことにしました。

配送期間や国に届くまでの障害については各国ともに違うのでこちらから正確には言えませんが、10日以内にはEMSで配送した場合は届くと思います。追跡番号も付随します。

We have never delivered the items to Hong Kong yet. We are sincerely sorry for our cancellation. We had the delivery problems in mainland China. That is why we need to stop the shipment until we find out what went wrong. We apologize again for not be able to complete the delivery.
You might want to try EMS instead. It won't take longer than ten days. It will come with the tracking number as well. Please remind that it may not be true because we are not sure how long the delivery will take or what kind of problems we will face on the process of delivery. It depends on the situations in each country.
