このA契約について質問したいのですが、A契約を締結すれば、COにおける活動により第三者に損害が生じたとしても、第三者は当社に対して損害賠償を請求することはできず、CA社のみが第三者に対する責任を負うということで間違いないでしょうか？

I have questions of this A contract. After entering the A contract, is it correct to interpret that only CA company shall be liable for responsibilities towards a third party if the third party suffers damages from activities at CO?

Please give us chapeter and verse for a contract A. in the case of contract A, if a third person is affected by CO activity that couldn't claim a right to damages on our company, but CA company will be covering the responsibility for the third person. Could you make assure above status, weather it's right or not?
