それとオーストラリアでの配送方法についていろいろと調べさせてもらいましたが21ｋｇを超えるものに関してはEMSではオーストラリアへ運べません。
その代り国際小包で対応しようと考えましたが長さ 1.05 メートル、長さと長さ以外の方向に計った最大の横周との合計 2 メ
ートルまでとなり今回の(商品名前)の大きさ122×67×41に対応しておりません。
配送手段がないという結論がでました。私たちの知識不足により多くの誤解と悪い結果を招いてしまいすいませんでした。
I looked at the way of delivery to Australia, and a parcel more than 21 kg can not be delivered to Australia by EMS.
We tried to deal with the matter with International parcel instead, but the limit of the length is 1.05 m and the total sum of the length and the width is up to 2 m, so it does not support the size (122×67×41) of this( 商品名前).
To conclude, there is no way to delivery the item to Australia. We are very sorry for many misunderstanding and the negative result due to our lack of knowledge.
