前回の記事で少し触れましたが、
iBeaconの通信距離はNFCよりも長く最長 50mとも言われています。
情報収集していても
「理論値で50m」と紹介されている記事をよく目にしますが、
「本当に？ 50mってどっから出てきた数字なの？」という疑問が
頭をもたげます。
「50m届くか調べてみた」というような情報も見つからないし、
これは事実を明らかにする必要があると感じました。
そこで今回の調査は
iBeaconの通信距離にフォーカスを当てて実験をおこないます。
Subject Of The Research
As I explained briefly in the previous article, the communication distance of iBeacon is longer than NFC and is said to be 50m at maximum.
While I was gather information about it, I have encountered those articles that describe "It is theoretically 50m", but one question always occurred to me: "is this true? How come they got 50m?"
Since there have been no Information like "I tried to find out if it actually reaches 50m", I felt I need to make sure if this is true.
Hence, in this research, I will conduct an experiment focused on the communication distance of iBeacon.
