Please note that it is necessary to reimburse canceled orders as quickly as possible as the buyer's credit card is not charged at the time of purchase.please don't ship the item as we have cancelled the order.
②Thank you for your inquiry. With Charge When Ship, we charge the buyer after you confirm shipment (rather than when the buyer places the order), and then we credit your Marketplace Payments account. Therefore, to reimburse or be paid for an order you must first confirm shipment.
