以下の疑問が解消したら速やかに契約を締結したいと考えています。
１．Launch Assistance Serviceが、Amazon USのみを対象とすることには、何か理由があるのですか？
当社はすでにAmazon.comを始めとして世界中のAmazonで商品を販売しています。
つまり、すべての商品はすでにAmazonに登録されています。
当社が興味があるのは、Amazon以外のマーケットでの販売です。
I have checked the contract. Please allow me to confirm points about the contents of the contract.
I would like to sign with a contract as soon as possible the following questions are resolved.
1. The Launch Assistance Service is directed to only the Amazon US. Is there any reason for that?
We are selling products on Amazon around the world including the Amazon.com.
In other words, all products have already been registered in the Amazon.
We are interested in sales in markets other than Amazon.
御社のシステムで管理する商品をAmazon以外のMarketPlaceに出品して、
FBA倉庫で保管する在庫を全世界に「自動」で発送することです。
特に、米国Amazonで出品する商品をeBayにも出品し、eBayで受けた注文を「自動」でAmazonの倉庫から発送したいと考えています。
その場合に、今回ご提案をいただいたプランが最適ですか？
２．米国以外のeBayやT-mallなど、
新規のマーケットプレイスに進出する際に、
その都度今回のようなセットアップ費用が発生しますか？
We put the products which are managed by your system on MarketPlace other than Amazon, and we ship stock which stores in the FBA warehouse all over the world automatically.
In particular, we plan to put products which are put on Amazon US also on eBay, and automatically ship orders which received at eBay from the warehouse of the Amazon.
In that case, is the plan that you proposed this time best ?
2. Such as eBay and T-mall other than the United States
When you penetrate to a new marketplace,
does the setup cost like this time occur every time?

英語で会話をすることには少々難があります。
そこで、立ち上げに際しては電話会議を省略して、

４．今回の契約により米国のCatalystの資料など、
CBTに関する追加資料は無償で提供されますか？
要するに御社のユーザーのみが手に入れられる情報などはありますか？
５．当社は米国法人でABN番号がございませんが、
契約書のABN番号欄は空欄で構わないでしょうか？
3. Although I understand reading materials and videos in English, I am a bit uncomfortable with speaking in English.
So, would it be possible for me to consult with you through emails and chat, omitting conference calls for the launch?
4. Would the additional materials relating to CBT, including those for Catalyst in the US, be provided for free after the conclusion of this contract?
In short, is there any information that are available only to your users?
5. We are a legal person incorporated in the US, and we do not have any ABN number. For the reason, may I leave ABN number section on the contract blank?
