2011年1月には、もう一人のフィールドスタッフが退職したため、フィールド担当スタッフとして全国をたった1人でフォローしなければならず厳しい時間を過ごすことが多かった。また、本来の業務以外のマーケティング的なことや他のスタッフの手伝いなど、本来の業務以外の仕事をする機会が多かった。専門外なので、うまくいかないこともあり精神的に不安なことも多かったが、それでも他のスタッフと力を合わせて乗り超えてきたと思う。

On January 2011, another field representative resigned, so I became the only field staff to support the whole domestic area and spend lots of difficult times. Also, I was handling lots of tasks which are not on my job description, such as marketing activity or helping other staffs. Since they were out of my specialty, not everything went successfully which build up little anxiety. However, I believe that I have overcome in consort with other staffs.

Since one of the field service staffs left the company in January 2011, I had to cover everything nationwide as a field service representative, spending a lot of time suffering from tough situation. Moreover, apart from my primary role, I had a lot of opportunities to do other services such as marketing and assistant to other staffs. I often became mentally unstable because I was not the expert of those areas. Even so, I could overcome those difficulties by working together with other staffs.

In January 2011, the other filed staff had resigned. So, I had spent a lot of hard time to follow up all national customers by myself as an only field staff. In addition, I had many opportunities to work on something other than my primary job description, such as marketing and assisting other staff. Because these works were not my expertise, things did not go well sometimes and I became mentally unstable. However, I was able to overcome the situation cooperating with other staff.
