Invoiceと別に領収書を添付するということですか？税関の問題であればinvoiceだけで問題ないと思いますが。
それとInvoiceには送料を書く欄がありません。ですので商品代金$150と記載して送ります。
あと、PayPal登録の住所以外には送ることが出来ません。どうしても別の住所に送るということでしたら決済の前にPayPalの登録住所を変更してから決済をお願いします。

In addition, there is no field on the invoice to fill the shipping charge, so I just send it by filling $150.00 as the item price.
Further, I will not ship to the address not verified by the PayPal. If you really would like to have me send the item to such address, please change the address registered to the PayPal before completing the settlement.
