今後もできるでけとラベルをさける為に追跡番号は必ずつけて配送して対応します。

関税はランダムに発生します。
関税が発生した場合は私は必ず関税を全額返金して対応しています。
なので追加で送料を請求していることは絶対ありません。

We would like to explain in response to the matters you pinpointed.
① With regard to your point of “some of your buyers have not received their orders”
Our response;
We have been shipped all items with the tracking numbers.
However, some of the international shipment was, unfortunately, held at customs’ office for one to two months, or the items were returned to sender because the courier service in England did not leave the notice of “Attempted deliver”. Or, sometimes, items were lost on its way to customers.
We always accept request for a refund in such cases.
From now on, we will make sure to provide the tracking number for each shipment to avoid the label.
Please direct us if you have any good advises.
②With regard to your point of “It has come to our attention that you may not be providing sufficient postage for your shipments or have requested additional payment for postage from an B customer. This is a violation of our Participation Agreement. Please note that postage prices are fixed. Once a transaction has closed, sellers may not request additional postage or fees of any kind.”;

I had no idea on how much would be the customs’ fee at buyer’s country.
The customs’ fee had been required not always but randomly.
If buyers were required to pay it, I had been always shouldered the amount which buyer paid; therefore, I had definitely never requested the payment of additional postage.
