荷物は日本の郵便局からEMSで発送します。もちろんトラッキングナンバーも付けておりますのでその辺はご安心下さい。

I'll take care of the situation if the shipment is still in Japan. However, if the item has already arrived in Vietnam, please consult the Vietnamese customs directly.
I send my shipments via EMS from a Japanese postal office with a tracking number. Please be assured.

I have not shipped a parcel to Vietnam before.
I will deal with the parcel if it is still in Japan, but you need to contact the custom in your country if the parcel is arrived in Vietnam. It would be highly appreciated if you could understand this.

If the package was in Japan, I could service you, but in case the package arrived in Vietnam, I'm afraid you would have to acknowledge the need to deal with the customs directly by yourself.
I send out items through Japanese Post, by EMS. Of course, a tracking number is included in it, so it's safe in this respect.
