私はまだベトナムに荷物を送ったことはありません。
荷物が日本にあれば私が対応しますがベトナムに荷物が着いている場合はお客様のほうから直接税関にお問い合わせ頂くことになります事をご了承下さい。
荷物は日本の郵便局からEMSで発送します。もちろんトラッキングナンバーも付けておりますのでその辺はご安心下さい。

I have never shipped an item to Vietnam yet.
I can handle any issue regarding the shipment of the item as long as it is still in Japan; however, please be informed that once it is in Vietnam, you should be the one to inquire directly to the customs’ office.
Please don’t be worried because I will ship the item through Japan post EMS service, of course it will be with the tracking number.
