今までいろいろと大変お世話になり、本当にありがとうございました。
本来であれば、チームのみんなと一緒に最後まで続けたいところでしたが、結果的に途中で退部することになりまして、非常に残念でさみしく思います。
すばらしいチームメイトやそのご家族、コーチと出会えた事は私達家族にとっても大切なすばらしい思い出となりました。
直接お会いしてご挨拶が出来ず、メールでのご連絡で申し訳ありません。

Thank you all very much for the support.
I thought that I would keep on to the end with everyone of the team, but I'm so sorry and feel lonely that I had to quit the team right now.
Our family have valuable and wonderful time together with great teammates and their families, coaches.
I'm not to say goodby to you face to face, but by e-mail.
I wish good luck for everyone in the team.

Originally I wanted to play with you teammates until the retirement, it is a pity and sad that I am to leave the team by wayside.
