ご連絡が遅くなりまして、申し訳ありません。

今までいろいろと大変お世話になり、本当にありがとうございました。

本来であれば、チームのみんなと一緒に最後まで続けたいところでしたが、結果的に途中で退部することになりまして、非常に残念でさみしく思います。

すばらしいチームメイトやそのご家族、コーチと出会えた事は私達家族にとっても大切なすばらしい思い出となりました。

直接お会いしてご挨拶が出来ず、メールでのご連絡で申し訳ありません。

チームの皆さんの御健闘をお祈り致します。

Originally I wanted to play with you teammates until the retirement, it is a pity and sad that I am to leave the team by wayside.
It was the great memory for us whole family to meet nice teammates, their families and the coach.
