関税がいくらかかるかは、日本から発送の段階では分かりません。
我々は送料を安く抑えるために日本郵便で発送している為、関税の前払いが出来ません。
商品を受け取らなければ、商品は弊社まで返送されてきます。
弊社に商品が到着した翌日に商品代金は返金いたします。

Does that mean you are requested to pay custom duties? Tax cannot be caluculated in the shipping stage from Japan. We can't pay the tax in advance since we use Japan Post to save the shipping cost.
If you don't receive the product, it will be returned to us. We will arrange refund foqt the product the next day the item arrives here.

Does it mean to say that you are required to pay custom’s fee for your item?
We don’t know how much will be the import tax upon shipping from Japan.
We ship items by Japan post to save the shipping charge, so I cannot pay custom’s fee in advance.
If you would not pick up the item, it will be returned to our company.
Upon receiving it, we will make a refund in the following day.
