領事館のスタッフは、「領事について言及しているから、事実と異なることとなり、結果的に認証できなくなる」と言っていました。
領事館からは、過去に他社から申請のあった委任状として添付ファイルをもらいました。この内容であれば、（領事が確認した、というような記載がないので）問題なく認証できるとのことです。ご参考ください。

A consulate staff advised us that the description about the consul, being aginst the fact, consequently ends up in rejection of approval.
They gave us the attached file which includes the past letter of attorney submitted from a company. They say an application described like this will be approved smoothly (as this does not say that the cousul has witnessed). Please refer to it.

A staff of the consulate told that “consequently, it cannot be approved because it is refereeing to the consulate general which is different from the fact”.
I have obtained a document which was applied by another company for approval as an authorization letter from the consulate.
According them, if the content of document is like this (without statement confirmed by the consulate general), it is approved without any issue. Please make this as your reference.
