統合
SAP システムからOffice ファイルに転送するデータを指定するには、文書管理 (CA-DMS) のカスタマイジングで一般データ → ワークステーションアプリケーション定義を選択します。文書データ、クラスデータ、テキスト、およびユーザ設定ファイルプロパティを転送し、組織の目的に合わせて後で容易に見つけられるようにファイル情報を Office 文書に保管することができます。
Integration
You can specify the data to be transferred to the Office files from the SAP system, and then select the General Data → Workstation Applications Definition in Customizing Document Management (CA-DMS). You can transfer document data, class data, text, and the file properties of user settings. Those can be stored as Office document files and can be easily found later to fit the purpose of the organization.

機能
It is possible to use the file property technology when using SAP release ERP 2005 or later versions. Please consult with the SAP note 964107.
Prerequisites:
● Document Management (CA-DMS) general data customizing → Selection of the workstation application definition, and setting up the file property technology (FORM_INF) is required.
● The selection of the transfer category is required for this activity.
Functionality
● SAP システムからのデータ転送にファイルプロパティテクノロジーを設定すると、文書が変更モードの場合、すべての SAPOLE リンクは、転送済項目のリンクされているオリジナルアプリケーションファイルのファイルプロパティ (DOCPROPERTY) で置換されます。次の構文を含むファイルプロパティが転送されます。
●By setting up the file property technology in the data transfer within the SAP system, all of the SAPOLE links will be changed with the original application file with the transfer section link file property (DOCPROPERTY). It will be transferred with the following syntax that includes the file property.
