当店の返品と返金の考え方は次のとおりです。
・原則、30日以内であればお送りした商品の返品は可能です。
・商品のパッケージが未開封品の場合の返品については、商品代金を返金します。送料については、お客様の都合による場合は、返金いたしません。また、その場合、返却に要する送料もお客様負担となります。
・商品を使用した場合、若しくはお客様が誤って商品を破損した場合は、その状況によって、商品代金の返金額を減額します。送料については、未開封品の場合と同様の考え方となります。
The policy on returning goods and refund of our store is as follows.
・In principle, you can return goods within thirty days.
・When a package of returning goods is not opened, We refund the payment of the goods. Regarding the shipping cost, we don't refund in case of customer's convenience. Then also, You are responsible for the shipping cost needed for returning.
・When you already used or broke the goods by failure, the amount of refund will be deducted depending on a situation.
The policy of shipping charge is similar in case of unopened goods.
