調べると、この２点はまだ御社に届いていません。
私は郵便局に連絡し、何故届いていないのかを調べてもらいました。
そうすると、御社の方から、税関に保管期間の延長申請をしているとの連絡が入りました。
それはなぜでしょうか？
私は早く品物を受け取ってほしいと思っています。この腕時計は重大な欠陥があり、私は非常にがっかりしています。迅速に商品代金の返金を行う事を望んでいます。

I returned two defective watches to you the other day.
As I checked, these watches did not arrived to you.
I contacted Post Office to see why the package did not arrive.
Thery replied me that you were appliyng to the customs for extention of the term storing.
Why did you do that?
I would ike you to receive the package as soon as possible. I am very dissapointed because these watches have major defects. I would like you to give me a refund promptly.
How are you going to deal with this problem?
