ヤマハが開発した歌声合成技術および、その応用ソフトウェアです。 音符と歌詞を入力するだけで歌声に変換することができます。 つまり、歌手を呼ばなくても歌声を作り出すことができます。 歌声の合成には、歌声ライブラリという、実際の歌手の声から取り出した歌声の断片を用います。 この歌声ライブラリを変えることで「初音ミク」「がくっぽいど」※等のさまざまな歌声を作り出すことができます。

It is a voice synthesis technology and a software application developed by Yamaha. It can be convert lyrics and notes inputs to voice. In other words, it is possible to create a singing voice without the singer. The synthesis of the singing voice uses fragments of singing voices taken out from the singing voice library which are from the voice of the actual singers. You can produce a variety of voice such as "Hatsune Miku" and "Gackpoid" ※ etc. by changing the voice library.
