アジア域内で低価格帯ホテルを展開し急成長しているレッドプラネットホテルズは、チューンホテルのブランドで、2020年までに日本国内で20軒を開業する「20/20ビジョン」を発表した。
同グループは昨年8月に「チューンホテル那覇 沖縄」を開業しており、今後、政令都市を中心に14年中に５～７軒の建設着手・取得を予定。東京オリンピック・パラリンピックが開催される2020年までに20軒の展開を予定している。すでに東京の浅草には用地を確保しており来年６月の開業にむけて準備を進めている。
The Red Planet Hotels, which is quickly growing by opening the budget hotels in Asian region, has announced their ‘20/20 vision’ that would open 20 budget hotels in Japan by 2020.
The group has already opened ‘Tune Hotel Naha, Okinawa’ last August, and they are planning to start building and to get building permit of five to seven budget hotels centered in a city designated by ordinance in 2014. They are planning to open 20 budget hotels by the year 2020 which the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic will be held. They have already acquired a site in Asakusa in Tokyo and now preparing to open the budget hotel in June next year.
