先日、PT7が到着しました。
迅速な対応をありがとうございます。
検品したところ、以前と同様で
シャフト全体が緩やかに湾曲しており、
転がしてみたところ、シャフト中央に隙間ができます。
2回連続で同症状が発生していますが、
原因はシャフトの不具合によるものでしょうか？
それとも、仕様でしょうか？
お客様に説明をする必要があります。
可能であれば、同パターでの検証、メーカー様へのご確認をしていただけると
助かります。
お手数をおかけしますが、宜しくお願い致します。

PT7 has arrived the other day.
Thanks for your prompt arrangement.
As I checked, entire shaft is mildly distorted like the last time, and when I roll it, there is a gap in the center of shaft.
Same things happed twice in a row, is it because of malfunction in the shaft?
Or is it because of specification?
I need to explain this to my customers.
If possible, it'll help me that you check with the same patter and ask the manufacturer.

We received PT7. Thank you for your prompt action.
However, on inspection, we have seen the shafts slightly bent as seen with the previous shafts. And rolling them on the table, we saw some gap between the shafts and the table at the center of the shafts.
As this is the second time we see the same incident, we wonder if this is due to defect of the shafts or just designed specification.
We are responsible for explaining to our customers, so if you could inspect the same patter or inquire with the manufacturer, it would be of great help.
