訪問先及び宿泊先は18日にカイロ空港で現地ガイドと合流後に打ち合わせを行い決定したいです
ホテルはなるべく良いグレードのホテルが希望ですが訪問先がまだ決まっていないので現地で打ち合わせさせてください
今回はエジプトの調査のため、特に行き先を決めておらず現地の調査状況の中から行き先などを決めていきたいです
その際の通訳や現地の情報提供等サポートしていただきたいです
18th: 3 people will arrive at Cairo International Airport
20th: 2 more people will arrive via later flights
24th: Everyone will fly back to Japan
We would like to request for a Japanese speaking tour guide as well as hired cars and chauffeurs.
The visitors will decide on the location visits and accommodation after discussing all options with the tour guide, when they meet at the airport on the 18th.
They prefer to stay at a better quality hotel as much as possible, but please discuss this directly when they arrive since they have yet to decide on their schedule.
As this trip to Egypt is for research purposes, we do not have a definite itinerary, and would like to be able to select potential locations and such, based on our research gatherings.
Therefore we will also need interpreters and support in gathering onsite information.
