For some reason, the items passed the pickup deadline after arriving in Osaka, and was sent back to the seller. The delivery company hadn't contacted me at all. I believe that this is the delivery company's problem, and not a mistake on my part. I cannot return the money when my products haven't been returned. I'll return your money as soon as the products are re-delievered. I will take take responsibility accordingly, and have so far complied with all request.
