なお、Dさんは現在長期休職中なのですが、これらの書面は他の弁護士事務所の弁護士に作成してもらっても問題ないでしょうか？

I will be taking action together with C from the development division of Company A with regards to the requested matter.
I am currently on a business trip and is scheduled to return to Japan this weekend so I will be responding to you next week after review the documents you have sent over. Sorry for the trouble but I ask for your support.
In addition, D is currently on long term leave so won't there be a problem if we have another lawyer from another office create these writings?
