(1)中国における２５類の出願費用
(2)ＴＢブランドの ５区分の更新
(3)ＴＢブランド 住所・名義人変更
(4)ＴＢブランド トレードマークの９区分の更新
I have remitted USD30,000 today. The detail of the remittances are as follows:
(A) JPY 5.5 mil.: the balance after the 5% consumption tax (JPY 350,000), and 20% withholding tax (JPY 1.4 mil.) from the loyalty income of JPY 7 mil.
(B) Renewal fees paid to Tokyo Patent office:
(1) application fee for class 25 products in China;
(2) renewal of 5 segments for TB brand;
(3) change of address and owner;
(4) renewal of 9 segments of trademark for TB brand.
中国における第２５類について
２０１３年５月２１日に中国特許庁に申請しました。認可されるまでに通常１２ヶ月必要だそうです。
しかしながら１１月１５日に提出した書類の照会がありましたので異例の早さで認可されるものと思っています。
ＩＲＥの証明書取得に際してお手数をお掛けし誠に有難うございました。
無事租税条約の届書を提出することが出来ました。
またＴＢブランドの住所変更などのための委任状をご送付頂き誠に有難うございました。無事手続きを完了いたしました。

I filed to patent agency in China on May 21st in 2013. It usually takes 12 months to be authorized.
However, document submitted on November 15th was referred, and it must be authorizized in extraordinarily short period.
Thank you for your work when I obtained cerfiticate of IRE.
I submitted report of tax treaty without problem.
I also appreciate that you sent letter of proxy to change address of TB brand.
I completed its arrangement.
