じつは現在、私が利用しているPayoneerの口座が、
一時的に利用できなくなっています。
原因は、私がamazom.comで、おもちゃの銃を出品したことが、
Payoneerの利用規約に違反したようです。
この問題については、解決に向けてPayoneerと話し合い、
再び利用可能になるのを、待っている状態です。
利用可能になったら、my seller account information page、
に再び登録する予定です。

As a matter of fact, I cannot use account of Payoneer I use temporarily.
The cause is that my exhibition of toy gun at Amaxon.com violated
agreement of use of Payoneer.
As for this problem, I talked with Payoneer to solve,
and am waiting for that I can use it again.
When I can use it again, I am going to register on my seller account information page again.
