一時的に利用できなくなっています。
原因は、私がamazom.comで、おもちゃの銃を出品したことが、
Payoneerの利用規約に違反したようです。
この問題については、解決に向けてPayoneerと話し合い、
再び利用可能になるのを、待っている状態です。

に再び登録する予定です。

Actually, my account at Payoneer has been suspended tentatively. It is because my posting of a toy gun on Amazon.com violated Payoneer's policy.
I have been discussing with Payoneer to solve this issue, hoping to have my account restored.
