荷物の出荷があまりにも遅いので問合せしようと思っていたところでした。
何が輸出の妨げとなっているのか確認してみたのですが、法に触れるようなものはありません。
もしかしてミリタリーストラップと言う時計のバンドでしょうか？

I did not understand what you meant.
I was just about to inquire with you as the shipping was so delayed.
I have checked what was interrupting export to find nothing that would be against the law.
Could it be the "military strap", which is the band of the watch? Just in case, I attach the invoice for your reference.
