2. Perform the external appearance inspection using the image recognition technology.
3. Perform thickness inspection using the lazar displacement sensor
4. Perform the conductivity test
5. Perform the insulation test.
6. Store the SMD package passed the entire inspection.
Also, the equipment also has the inspection function after the components are installed which enables the quality control after bonding the components.
