数日前から私が転送依頼をかけたゴルフクラブ７点について問い合わせているのですが、一向に返事がもらえません。
どうなっているのでしょうか？
商品は確実にそちらの倉庫に届いているはずですので、日本に来ていない以上そちらにあるはずなのですが。
前回もいいましたが、とても貴重な商品で再購入はとても難しいのです。すでにこちらにも損害が出ています。
弁償は望んでいませんので、一日も早くこちらに届くようにしてください。

I have been inquiring you for these few days about seven golf clubs that I had asked you to transfer, however, I have NOT heard anything from you yet.
What is goin on?
I believe that the clubs have arrived at the warehose up there, and I believe they are still there as long as they have not come to Japan yet.
As I said previously, they are very precious products and are impossible for me to obtain replacements. I already have some damage.
I am not asking you for compensation, but I just need them as soon as possible.
