発送ですが、送料を節約したいのでDHLではなくPOSTENで送って下さい。
4㎏までで400SEKくらいで送れるはずです。
いつもPOSTENで日本まで1週間でとどきますし、
追跡番号もつくのでPOSTENで送ってくれますか？
もしPOSTENで送れない場合はスウェーデンに私の友人
がいるので、友人に送ってもらうことはできますか？

Regarding shipment, I'd like to save shipping cost so please send by POSTEN instead of DHL.
It should cost around 400SEK up to 4kg.
Always it takes 1 week to Japan by POSTEN, and it comes with a tracking number so will you send it by POSTEN?
If you cannot send it by POSTEN, I have a friend in Sweden so will you send it to my friend?
