私は、この商品を、新品で購入したのですが、
メーカーの箱が無い状態で届きました。
商品が袋に入っていて、それが直接、御社の箱に入れられた状態で届きました。
新品の商品で、メーカー箱が無いというのは、なぜでしょうか？

I bought these goods at newness, it has reached in the state which has no boxes of a manufacturer.
Goods are included in a bag, and I have received that in the state put in your company's box directly.
Though it is a new product, why will not there be a maker box?

I bought this item as a new condition, but I received it without a box of the brand.
It was in a bag and packed with your company's box.

The item ○○, which I had purchased at your company, arrived to me boxed with the name of your retail sales company. If the item is new, it should be contained in its production company's box, not your one.
I ask you to give me a clear answer on this. Why is this new item contained in YOUR COMPANY'S BOX, NOT IN ITS PRODUCTION COMPANY'S?
