今回もらった資料でも通関出来ない場合、御社に返送するようにXX社の担当にお願いしました。
ただ、先日、私の身内に不幸があり葬儀や相続の対応でしばらくこの件の対応ができません。
もし御社に返送ができたら、EMSで再送して下さい。
その際の送料は別途ご連絡下さい。
これまで色々な対応してもらい、ありがとうございます。
EMSで発送が可能であればこれからも注文させて頂きます。
（他社からはEMSで同じ商品が届いているので、その方法なら届くと思います）。

Thank you for the documents you sent by e-mail.
If we are unable to pass customs with the documents received, I have asked person in charge at XX to send the items back to you.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to stay on this matter as I had a passing of a family member and will be busy with funeral and other arrangements.
If the item is returned to you, please resend it using EMS.
In that case, please advise the shipping cost separately.
I appreciate your responses in the various situation.
If EMS shipping is possible, I will continue to place orders with you.
(Since other companies are able to send it with EMS, it should work for yours as well)

In case the material we received doesn't clear customs, we've requested the supervisors at XX send them back to your company. A few days ago I have run into some unfortunate problems with a funeral in my family and have to deal with matters concerning inheritance, therefore I am personally unable to handle this case. If we are able to return the materials back to your company, please resend them via Express mail. Please contact us separately the difference in postage cost. Thank you for all of the other things you have been able to handle for us. If you can send by Express mail we look forward to ordering more from you in the future. Another company is sending the same products with Express mail, so if you can use that method I think it will reach us faster.
