私はA社の内部統制担当から指示を受け、規則制定のサポートを担当しております。
内部統制担当との協議の結果、規則案につき再検討を頂きたくご連絡致しました。
そもそもこの規則の制定は、今年２月に当社グループ会社で横領事件が発生したことに起因し、JX金属グループ全体で実施されております。
全体を統括する内部統制担当者としては、「本規則は、（現地の法律に違反する等の理由により制定することが許されない場合でない限り）変更を加えることなく制定してもらいたい」と考えているとのことです。

I am responsible to support the policy creation upon receiving the instructions from the person in charge of internal controls of Company A.
I contacted them to re-discuss the policy proposals after the results of the consultation with the person in charge of internal controls.
The initial enactment of this policy was caused by that the embezzlement incident that occurred in the company's group companies in February of this year, and the enactment of this rule has been implemented in the whole JX metal group.
As an internal control person, who will be in charge of overseeing the whole picture, will think "This policy, (Unless it is enacted that will have any violation of the local law then it is not allowed) needs to be enacted without adding any changes".

As a result of discussing with the responsible person of internal control, I am telling you as we want you to disucuss regulation proposal again.
