we were trying to use the custom setting to change from lx to fc prior to them being taken out on the field. However, the custom settings option will not come up on either meter. I tried calling the seller to see if I was doing something incorrectly, but found out I was not. They told me it must be a programming issue and that they have never heard of the defect before and were worried why it was occurring on both meters (the gentleman on the phone said he had one in front of him that was working properly and even spoke to his repair team for further information). I would like to send them back with a full refund as we bought these items for use in foot candles and cannot adjust the settings due to this issue.

持ち出されてしまう以前から、カスタマイズしてｌｘからｆｃに変更しようとしていました。しかし、どちらのメーターも、変更オプションが表示されません。販売者に連絡を取り、何か間違っているのか問い合わせましたが、何も間違っていないとのことです。おそらくプログラミングの問題であろうと言い、初めて聞く不良なので、どうして両方のメーターでこの問題が起こっているのかと対応者も心配していました。（電話応対下さった方は、ちゃんと作動する商品を実際に手に取りながら話を聞き、修理チームにも問い合わせて下さりました。）フートキャンドルの為に購入しましたが、この問題の為セッティングが変更できないので、これらの商品を返品し、全額返品して頂けますでしょうか。

私達はフィールドから取り出される前に、ｌｘからｆｃに変更するためのカスタムセッティングを使おうとしていました。しかしカスタムセッティングオプションはどちらのメーターも作動しませんでした。私が何か間違った処理をしたのかどうかを確認する為に売り手に電話をしてみました。その売り手は「今までには無かったプログラミングの問題であるに違いない、なぜ両方のメーターにそれが発生しているのか分からない」と話されました。電話口の方の目の前にその一つが有り、それは適切に作動している模様。さらに修理チームにも確認を取っていました。私はこれらをフットキャンドルとして使うために購入しましたが、今回の問題でセッティングの調整ができませんので返品致します。　全額返金を希望いたします。
