もし、特別な検疫要件はなく、日本側が発給する植物検疫証明書の添付だけでよいとのことでしたら、その内容についてお近くの植物防疫所とご相談ください（フィリピン側に足しては口頭確認でも結構ですが、可能であれば、先方の植物検疫官のレター、電子メール等文書で回答をもらってください）。

If there are no special quarantine requirements and attaching the plant quarantine certification document issued from the Japan side is enough, then please consult that with the nearest plant quarantine office (The addition of the verbal confirmation from the Philippines side is also okay but please get a response from the other party's plant quarantine office via a letter, email or any documents if possible) .

In case there are no special quarantine requirements, when Japan side only send attachment of the issued plant quarantine certification is no problem, please discuss with the near plant protection station about the contents (oral confirmation From Philippines side is Okay but, it it is possible, please collect the answer such as e-mail, letter of the office of the other party plant quarantine
