■罰則（アロワランス減給）■
①１回目 注意のみ
②２回目 自分の集中インセンティブ全額と皆の集中インセンティブ半額がその月貰えなくなる。
③３回目～４回目 次の法定外の賞与額が20%貰えなくなる。
④５回目 次の半月給与の手当が50%貰えなくなる。
⑤5回目以降 その都度考える。
※仕方なく遅刻する場合はAM9:00前に連絡
※休みの日や勤務時間終了後、勤務時間終了前、会社にきて、PCは自由に使っていい
■ Penalties (Allowance pay cut) ■
① 1st offense Warning only
② 2nd offense You won't receive half of your concentration incentive as well as the concentration incentive of everyone for that month.
③ 3rd and 4th offense You will not receive 20% of you non-statutory bonus.
④ 5th offense You will not receive 50% of the allowance in your next half month salary.
⑤ Beyond the 5th offense We will think about it during that time.
※ You need to notify us before 9:00 am in the event that you will be late.
※ You can come to the office and freely use the PC on holidays and after office hours, and before office hours.
