I'm ready to pay for the item that I won.
It says that You ship Worldwide, but when I'm starting to pay ebay can't take money and write that You can't ship the item to Lithuania.
In that fact I wrote to You, but You opened a case. Maybe You didn't get my message about problem.
Let's fix this problem that appeared not from my side.
Or I will be ought to open forward case that You don't follow shipment rules that You mentioned.

世界中に発送すると書いてありますが、支払いの手続きを行うとリトアニアには発送できないと書かれており、イーベイはお金を受取ってくれませんでした。
それで貴方にメッセージを送っているのですが、貴方はオープンケースにしてしまいました。多分問題についての私からのメッセージを受取っていないのだと思います。
この問題は私側から発生したものではありませんし、問題を解決しましょう。
