つきましては、下記の件について、教えて下さい。
製品箱の中に、違うサイズが混入していたのは、写真のシート1枚だけですか？それとも、全て違うサイズの製品が混入していたのですか？
製品箱のロット番号は1234ですが、混入している製品のロット番号は2468です。これは、この2つの製品が製造された間に約6ヶ月間の期間が存在していることを意味しています。そのため、弊社の内部でも詳しく調査したいと思いますので、御社の御協力をお願い致します。

I would therefore like to tell me about the following matter.
Is it only one piece of seat of the photo that different size got mixed in a product box? Or did the products of all difference size get mixed?
The lot number of the product box is 1234, but the lot number of the product mixing is 2468. This indicate that there is a period of about 6 months while these two products were produced. Therefore, we would like to investigate it in detail in our in-house, so I would like to ask for everyone's cooperation.

Also lot number of the box is 1234, but the misplaced products has 2468 in its lot number, which means that these two box or the product had about 6-months period after the other one had been made. We would like to inspect closely in our company and therefore need your cooperation.
