つきましては、下記の件について、教えて下さい。
製品箱の中に、違うサイズが混入していたのは、写真のシート1枚だけですか？それとも、全て違うサイズの製品が混入していたのですか？
製品箱のロット番号は1234ですが、混入している製品のロット番号は2468です。これは、この2つの製品が製造された間に約6ヶ月間の期間が存在していることを意味しています。そのため、弊社の内部でも詳しく調査したいと思いますので、御社の御協力をお願い致します。

Please tell me about the following:
Is it only one sheet on the photo that is different from the size your company ordered in the box? Otherwise all products had the wrong size?
Also lot number of the box is 1234, but the misplaced products has 2468 in its lot number, which means that these two box or the product had about 6-months period after the other one had been made. We would like to inspect closely in our company and therefore need your cooperation.
