We have taken note of your complaint of defect - it looks like a cut in the fabric and we are also checking with our production how it passed !
To avoid expensive transportation costs, we request the client bring us the piece when we meet in Tokyo this June. We will check the defect and its cause, and in case authorised by our accounts, issue a credit note or adjust the amount in the next payment.

At the moment we do not have enough stocks of mouse merino to complete the press sample by May 1st. We are expecting the next delivery of merinos mid to late May, is it going to be possible to extend the delivery date for the sample until then?
欠陥品に関する苦情について承知しました。生地に切り傷があるようですね。現在、このような商品がなぜ出荷されたのかについて生産部門に確認をとっております。高額な輸送費の負担を避けるため、今度６月に東京でお会いする時にその商品を持参して下さるようお願い致します。その不具合品及び原因について調査をします。そして経理部門の許可を得ましたら、貸方票を発行させて頂くか、次回のお支払い時に請求額を調整させて頂きたいと思います。
